Ni no Kuni: Now on sale in Japan!

The game has gone on sale in Japan today. Level-5 as data points on the expectation that they have received more than 600000 reserves the cartridge and is expected along this Christmas play put many more units. Without doubt the star of the console launch DS ahead of Christmas and a farewell to this great estate-little wonder that the console has been facing the most imminent departure of its successor, the 3DS.

shortly begin to discuss my experience with the game in my new blog dedicated to Ni No Kuni: The Jet-Black Sorcerer . Stay tuned.

The Master and his works: The Catalan-Aragonese army in the conquest of Valencia ... Reflections in a year

Sometimes fate is capricious. Try be short in the narrative. ;)

In the aforementioned Master of Heritage I'm studying at my University, there is a module / course on Culture and History Valenciana, well, each module each student must do work (15 to 20 pages). At first I did not choose, yes or Medieval Ancient History, Ancient squares and then flew Medieval by little, I took the last place.

This week I went to tutoring with the teacher of Medieval to plan the work with a few ideas as possible about jobs and what he thought needed to be undertaken. Such as this:

-Sharq-al-andalus/Valencia as territory crusade.
-urban governance system of Valencia, possible influences of Aragon and Catalonia. (This was not very clear as it could develop. I'm on this).

And finally I put a case, I thought, "why not?, Can be very interesting, and so do a nod to the general recreational," not was another issue: "The army Catalan-
in conquest of Valencia in 1238.

After that the teacher, with his charming voice of smoking (and I hate stating the snuff) said "The army catalanoragonés be right."

! Takes! "!" Did not want soup?!, Take two mugs! "ill wind that blows no good.

concrete would work on the composition of the army and weapons, understand why both the army of Aragon, his militias etc, Catalan, and I hope to also include orders military and overseas crossed, or what self-respecting (and yet I have not entirely clear). But all in how limited a work of 15-20 pages, which must be delivered in February, and I do not I have to cram to documentation because it is a thesis or anything, just a job. Hehe.;)
seek
I recommended that Robert Ignatius Burns literature and Pedro López Elum. I for my part I wanted more.

now I'm using (I do badly on purpose bibliography). Martí de Riquer I consulted "L'harness knight" and "medieval knights and their weapons," e Robert Ignatius Burns "The Croat Regne de Valencia". Especially now I'm tangled up with "L'harness knight" Riqueros Marti, among many pieces of weapons and descriptions capmall, perpunt, crow, Cervellera and others. ;)

I have more works that I took from the library but will consult, about many of the conquest of Valencia and issues and certainly known by the reenactors "The evolution of medieval weaponry in the Castilian-Leonese kingdom and Al "Andalus" Alvaro Soler del Campo.

Sorry if I quote the literature well, and I quote all the references, is that while I was writing thought "what if someone you copy? Internet is too big" and well, if not put anything more concrete until it is finished and delivered.

If you have any work that you can recommend me because I sure would appreciate some aspect of Army weapons or let me into the inkwell. ;)

just in case I'm also looking to see in the forum that there Regi Fidelis sure sack good information.

I am consulting (for internet and books) also paints Alcaniz Castle (which if I remember correctly is contemporary to the conquest), the house Berenguer that are in the museum of Catalonia and the Barcelona Palau del Tinell. Sometimes leading to confusion if the latter two after the conquest and I do not know for sure which items are contemporary and what remanence (eg Riquer is an image that says that a type of sword is from the late thirteenth and those details right now I do not know to appreciate them.)

I assured that I will learn much with this odd jobs. ;)

------------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------

For the moment I think I have nothing more to tell. Well unless any adventure seamstress "medievaloide" must be currently "on air" because I have to deliver by February 3 other work more than 15-20 pages, 4 papers in total, and you better over time, so this completito bridge will be studied. :)

Oh and I leave you a funny video. I've thought of this video because this morning we visit the Master (4 short hours) through the historical center of Valencia to see the remains of the Arab wall of Balansiya and see various examples of heritage conservation, to discuss good and bad actions with regard to the historical (although it is more bad than good) among others.
Many people in Valencia or suspects that there are traces of Moorish walls, so I encourage you to visit as much as if you are in Valencia and beyond.

The video is a joke, so it's forgivable that says Torres de Quart and Serranos are yours when constructed in century XV century and the end of XIV respectively. ;)

you to spend nice weekend and good bridge of the Constitution everyone. :)

PD: Okay, perfect!.
I thought there was something I sounded the theme that he would try. Fidelis turns out that Jesus spoke in his entry of a book on the army of James I and of an author who had taken the next book ..
"Els exercits of James the Conqueridor" Francesc Xavier Hernández.

I think I'm going to have to buy, because that is not in the library of the University of Valencia. Go! Bad luck.
